1847/6 Liberty Seated Half Dollar XF45+

The early die state, with a clearly visible under-date. A rare chance to obtain one of the 50 or so known examples of this very rare variety. Very near full AU. Cleaned, but otherwise problem-free. Still retaining hints of original gold luster around the devices. The only notable mark, a tiny depression on the reverse rim that's barely visible to the eye, appears to be an as-minted strike-thru
