Buying Instructions
To buy coins from our list please first send an email to confirm availability. You can develop your email by clicking on the Add to eCart "ecart" indicator for each coin you're interested in. When you're done choosing coins, click the "Contact Dick Osburn" indicator on the web page. Your email message will be ready for you to add any comments or questions. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR RETURN EMAIL ADDRESS, AS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO CONTACT YOU. Your email comes from our web site, and therefore doesn't automatically include your return address. Just click the send button when you're done. You may just be interested in more information on a coin. In this case your email in no way obligates you to purchase the coin, but it will hold the coin until your inquiry is complete, and it will confirm availability of the coin in case you decide to purchase.

Once your order is confirmed you can pay via money order or personal check. Orders paid for by money order, from persons familiar to us, or from persons who provide adequate numismatic references, are shipped the following day (subject to our being home). Allow 7 banking days for checks from new customers. Allow 5-7 days for delivery (it's usually faster).

We will ship on approval to customers who have established accounts or who provide adequate trade references. Approval customers will be charged for shipping, but there is no obligation to buy the coin.

Please include adequate postage. Postage charges are as follows (all packages over $400 are sent U. S. Post Office registered mail unless requested otherwise) :

Under $150 : $4
$151-$400 : $7
$401 - $1000 : $16
Over $1000 : $16 plus $1 for each additional $1000 or part thereof

A 90-day layaway plan is available. Send 25% down, with payment in 3 subsequent monthly payments. A 10% re-stocking fee is charged on layaways not fully paid.
